Audio QR Codes
So, QR codes with... audio?
Yeah, why not?
The image above is in my email signature and it works. I don't just mean technically, but people have listened to that piece of audio by scanning the QR code.
In it's most simple form, it's another form of marketing. Another way to grab people's attention. Not just visually (you can put your logo in them these days), but aurally.
But when you dig a bit deeper, it's an opportunity.
There are so many things this could be used for. You could have one on your business cards that plays a soundbite giving more information about your company... perhaps some history. If you send products out to customers, how about a QR code that plays a thank you message, or instructions on how to use whatever the customer has bought. You could even send an audio QR code on LinkedIn as an intro to your business.
How do I get my QR code?
During the initial chat with you we'll talk about the purpose of the QR code and what style you want it to be (in terms of voice/music).
Then either together, or separately we can write a script. For reference, 30 seconds is 75 words, 1 minute is 150 words.
After that, I'll get in the box and record, adding music during the edit.
From there, I'll create the QR code and place your logo on the audio player. NB. You don't convert the audio file to a QR code, rather the QR code points to the audio player.
Finally, and perhaps most obviously, I'll send you the QR code!

For a 30 second version it's fifty quids. Just £75
For a 60 second version it's seventy five quids. Even better value! Just £100!
Blimey! That's not a bad cost if you want your QR code to play audio!
