If you're a bit confused by this whole voice over thing, then have a read of a couple of blogs I've written.

 

The first is titled "How to choose a voiceover". It might help give you a direction to aim for or some ideas on what you want to get out of the project. This one is from the perspective of your company, thinking about your image and audience.

The second that might be helpful is called "Before you hire a voice over artist, do your research". This one is focussed on what to look for when finding a VO.
