What you get.

Every single package comes with a professional voiceover (yours truly) and a choice of on hold music from my library (which we'll discuss before starting the work. It needs to suit your brand, so getting it right is important).

You can either have 1, 3 or 12 different messages. Many companies like to switch their marketing message on a monthly basis, so 12 will cover you for a year. If you don't have 12 things to talk about, then go for a smaller package!

The difference between packages A and B comes down to the script. Of course, I'm happy for you to provide one because obviously you know more about your business than I do.

However, package B comes with the services of a professional copywriter. I've joined forces with Jammy Copy, who has years of experience not only in writing but also in sales. The perfect match for a project like this!

After the work is complete you'll receive your on hold recordings with music mixed in whichever format your phone system needs - usually WAV, MP3 or μ-law.

What is on hold marketing? Well, it can easily be explained with this simple formula: 

On hold telephone message + marketing = On hold marketing. (I wrote that myself, I'm a genius!)

If I were you. I'd take your old on hold telephone messages and throw them in the bin because they're not helping anybody.

Instead, use messages that sell and cross promote to the people you have on hold. It's a no brainer really - there's a captive audience just sitting there waiting...and waiting...

Why on hold marketing works.

People don't like being put on hold so you have to do all you can to keep them engaged (pun intended) and focussed. That won't happen with repetitive, unoriginal messaging (Thank you for holding. Someone will be with you shortly).

If you have on hold messaging that stands out both in quality and content, you'll grab the callers attention. 

Callers are waiting to talk to you about your business. Yes it could be a complaint. But it could also be to update a policy, buy a product, book an appointment... whatever it is, the messaging will be relevant.
