This is a professional voicemail message spoken in the first person. There's no "we" in "I". Or something like that.
 
We don't all have staff - I don't, and that's absolutely fine. If you do have a team though, check the other unavailable answer messages.
 
If you're in doubt about having someone else’s voice on your phone saying “I”, exactly these sorts of messages are on voicemails all around the globe! I’ve recorded for pool cleaners in California, vets in Vietnam and IT companies in Australia. What I’m saying here is, I don’t think customers will really take any notice!
